Description
Albino Arctic Anaconda is a combination of the recessive amelanistic Albino mutation, the heterozygous incomplete dominant Arctic mutation and the heterozygous incomplete dominant Anaconda mutation. Due to the absence of melanin, red, orange and yellow tones develop together with red eyes. The Arctic mutation usually creates additional contrast around the saddles, light outlining of the pattern and visible eyebrow markings. The Anaconda mutation reduces the amount of dorsal and lateral pattern, allowing larger areas of the background colour to remain visible. This often gives the combination a lighter and more open appearance than a regular Albino Arctic. Colour, contrast and pattern distribution may vary between specimens.
