Description
Coral is a combination of the recessive albino mutation and the recessive lavender mutation. This combination generally displays a pink colouration with red eyes. The saddles can range from light orange to pinkish tones depending on the individual specimen and colour development. The albino mutation is a recessive amelanistic mutation in which melanin is absent, while the lavender mutation influences the final colour development within the combination. The interaction between both mutations creates a soft transition between background and pattern. The intensity of colour and contrast may vary between individual specimens within this combination over time.
