Description
Pink Pastel Albino is a recessive mutation and a T- form of albino. Hatchlings are generally born with a reddish appearance and gradually develop a more pink colouration over time. Pink Pastel Albino is genetically different from the regular Albino mutation. The morph strongly affects pigmentation, causing dark pigments to be absent while pink tones become clearly visible. The eyes are generally red in colour. The permitted sources mention that this mutation was historically associated with several genetic defects, which have been reduced through outcrossing by breeders over time.
